Individual counselling gives you a space where you can pause, reflect, and receive support without judgment. Here, you don’t need to have the “right” words or a perfectly organized story - you can simply show up as you are.

Flexibility: Sessions can be in-person or online, and I adapt the process to what feels most helpful for you.

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to counselling. We’ll explore what’s been going on in your life, what you’d like to change, and what support you’re hoping for. From there, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable, whether that means problem-solving, processing past experiences, or simply having a safe place to let things out.
